How does NidoMap work?

NidoMap is the simplest way to explore properties for sale and rent in the Dominican Republic on a map. Here's how to search, get in touch, list your own and appear in the agent directory.

How do I search for properties on the map?
Move the map and zoom in: each pin shows a property’s price. Use the filters at the top (operation, type, price, square meters and bedrooms) or type a city or neighborhood in the search box to fly to that area. Open the map →
What do the price per m² and the colors mean?
Next to each property we show its price per square meter and how it compares to the area average. Green means below the area, amber near the average and red above. It’s a quick guide, not an appraisal.
How do I contact the seller?
Every property page has a button to message the agent or owner. We charge no commission: the conversation is between you and whoever listed it.
Do I need an account to search?
Not to explore the map and view listings. You do to save searches, get alerts for new properties and unlock “Directions.” Creating an account is free. Create account →

Rent

What types of rentals are there?
Per night, seasonal, monthly and long-term. Each listing shows its type, and the price fields adjust accordingly.
How do I see only rentals?
Choose “Rent” in the map’s operation filter. You can combine it with property type, area and price. See rentals →

List your property

How do I list a property?
Create your free account, complete your profile (name and WhatsApp so people can reach you) and tap “List a property.” The form asks for the operation, type, map location and photos. A simple home in under 3 minutes. List now →
Does listing cost anything?
No. Listing is free and unlimited on every plan. You only pay if you want extra features like featured listings or the Pro tools. See plans →
How many photos can I upload?
The minimum to activate a listing is 5 photos. The free plan allows up to 5; the Plus and Pro plans, up to 20 per property.
How do I feature a property?
With Plus and Pro you can mark properties as featured (highlighted on the map). On the free plan you can feature with a one-time payment by duration (7, 15 or 30 days).
I sold or rented it. What now?
In “My properties” mark the listing as sold or rented. For sales you can record the closing price (private): it helps us improve area valuations. You can reactivate it later if it becomes available again.
What is the "Exclusive" badge?
It’s for Pro accounts with a signed exclusivity agreement with the owner, sales only. Marking it without a contract is misleading advertising and can be reported.

Agents & plans

How do I appear in the agent directory?
In your profile, choose the “Agent” type and complete your details with a photo. To appear you need at least 5 active properties, 30 days of seniority, a complete profile with photo and approved identity verification. See the directory →
What does NidoMap Pro include?
On top of Plus, Pro adds valuation mode, client tours, more featured properties, full statistics and the option to appear in the directory. Compare plans →
What are valuation mode and tours?
Valuation builds a report in minutes with real comparables by radius to estimate a property’s value. Tours let you pick several properties, order the route and share a presentation with your client. Both are Pro features.
How do I get the verified badge?
From your dashboard, under “Verification,” you upload your ID and a selfie holding it. We review it in under 24 hours. Verified users build more trust and appear among the first.
